Working Moms

Thursday, November 10, 2011
Moms are all wonderful. And working moms are even more so. Mary Ellen Tribby – a CEO, mom Of 3 and best selling author, also wife, speaker, sister, daughter, business consultant, philanthropist and a good friend – is a case in point here.

Best thing is that Mary Ellen combines all roles seamlessly and tell other how this can be done through her blog Working Moms Only – one of the world’s leading newsletter and website for the empowerment of the working mom; which is a good read not only for working moms but for anyone. She has sound experience in the field. Previously, she had been publisher and CEO of Early to Rise where she was responsible for growing the business from $8 million in sales to $26 million in just 15 months. Even before, she served as President of Weiss Research where she led the company to $67 million in sales from $11 million in just 12 months.

Given her experience, Mary Ellen is known in the Information Publishing world as “The Money Honey.” Her first book, co-authored with Michael Masterson, Changing the Channel: 12 Easy Ways to Make Millions For Your Business hit #1 on Amazon.com within just 10 hours of its release. She is the founder of The GoodNews Kids, a foundation to house and protect homeless children. She is a board member for the Speaker, Author Networking Group and is the recipient of the 2009 BraveHeart Woman’s Marketer of the Year Award.

Mary Ellen currently lives in Boca Raton, FL with Patrick, her husband of 13 years, and their three beautiful children, Mikaela, Connor, and Delanie. You can usually find them soaking up the sun on the beach or at one of the kids’ sporting events.

Or you can find Mary Ellen at workingmomsonly.com where she discusses everything required for working moms including issues facing work at home moms.

Benaki Museum asked Thatta Kedona to provide Kalashi Dolls for visitors of Olympic Games last year and laid the foundation for cooperation between the two. This year the Museum has asked Thatta Kedona to provide special Greece culture design dolls. Dr. Senta Siller is designing the dolls for which bodies are prepared in the village Thatta Ghulamka Dheroka and clothing in Karachi.

Benaki Museum is planning to launch a new project “Art Cave Crete”. Some of the specimens can be seen in photo stream down the sidebar.

Cleaning supplies for professionals in UK

Have a look at your workplace. Is it neat and (organized)? Yes, being neat will surely impact your mood and attitude. Being clean is a visual thing, and it is also being able to do more. Organizations that pay attention on cleanliness of their work environment can achieve much more, than those where clutter is the order of the day, every day. That is why any perceptive concern will do all what is possible to have a clean look.

This remindeds me of one of the important and simple ways to keep work place clean and organized by applying 55 principle - one of the Japanese concepts for keeping our work environment clean and safe.

A key to being clean is a determining factor to what time you are most productive. I suggest you leave the cleaning to professional cleaners and concentrate on your work. This is simple and done properly can yield results. Try it out at your place, small or large, and see the results.
